The SPA’s Annual General Meeting was held in Perth PC’s Clubhouse on Sunday 29 October. The following individuals were elected to the National Executive Committee:

National Umpire: Mags Montgomery
National Coach: Derek Adam
Youth Development Officer: Emma Montgomery
Committee Members: Colin Montgomery, Peter Harrington, Paul Gillam, Carol Cheam, Michael Rennie, Istvan Poka, Sandy Crawford

A motion was passed at the AGM asking the NEC to consider the current club affiliation fees formula. As a result the NEC have commenced a detailed review of our affiliation fee structure. To ensure we have a good understanding of the views of our members, we have written to each of our affiliated clubs today to ask for their input, prior to making any recommendations. The aim is to complete the review by the end of December.
